Sometimes when playing a podcast or a radio stream, the player on the LiSTNR app may:

  • flicker OR
  • slide up then slide down

To help resolve this, we recommend the following:

For iOS devices:

  1. Go to Device Settings > Accessibility > Motion > Reduce Motion.
  2. If Reduce Motion is ON, please turn it OFF.
  3. Close the app and relaunch it.

For Android Devices:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Go to Accessibility
  3. Find Display and Motion (or similar)
  4. Turn off Reduce Motion

After that, close the app and reopen it to apply the changes.

If there is a specific app you'd still like to add this setting to:

  1. Go to Device Settings  > Accessibility > Per-App Settings.
  2. Tap Add App, then choose an app from the list.
  3. Tap the name of the app to access its settings for accessibility
